Fix some of cppcheck warnings

Summary:

• selfInitialization
• memleak

I could probably suppress the selfInitialization warning, but probably
is cleaner this way. Opinions welcome. This also fixes the memleak in
autotest.

• arc lint --everything
• Fix issues
• build
• run tests
