Mock Description

This new site's job is to help field common questions. It is very similar to a FAQ, but will have a lot more questions and people can submit their own questions if they cannot find one.

You will not be required to have an account to post a question, but you will be required to have an account if you want to post an answer.

I think it is important to think about and discuss how we need to change the rest of our sites and communication to work with this.

To start off some discussion, here are a few questions I have with how this new site will fit in with everything else that we do...

How are we going to direct people here?

What are all the problems we want to solve with this?

Could we replace our FAQ with this by populating it with common questions and answers? When should we send people here...and when should we send them to the FAQ?

Currently, we don't really send people to the FAQ. it's a good idea to populate the site with FAQ's to start with though. As for driving people here, I'd put up a sticky notice in the forum, on reddit, on twitter and add a "Questions?" menu entry in krita's help menu after the Manual entry.
