I don't think this is what we want. Instead of 112.5% it should have shown 110% or 115%. Since 16 is less than 20 I suggested to internally use 32, which would be 3.125%, but only display rounded to 5% steps.

This comment should probably go in the revision in question so it doesn't get missed.
