A crude attempt at drawing headers for splits

  • need to be configurable
  • scrollbar shoudn't be over header
  • needs menu button

What about using QStyle and CC_TitleBar for drawing? http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qstyle.html#drawComplexControl
