Summary

The capacity aether layout is not perfect, because of some limitation in capacity.

But this website needs to move away from capacity or the content needs to be moved to the community wiki anyway. So just a temporary fix ;)

This is a definite improvement. But I think your wider point is correct, we should move this to the Wiki and disestablish the separate website. I'll just add it to the ol' TODO list I suppose...

Found one small issue: The header link of the K logo in the aether layout seems to point to https://kdesrc-build.kde.org/Welcome_to_KDE_UserBase, also on kdesrc-build.kde.org.
