This is a simpler version/first step before T646 - it involves writing a script for the Account Wizard to automatically setup not only an IMAP resource for the Gmail account, but also create the Google Calendar and Google Contacts resource and configure them alongside the IMAP resource.

This task does not require any Akonadi knowledge, it's just a bit of JavaScript.

@knauss has done this before for Kolab, so he can provide guidance as to how to do this.
