Add filtering by path in the Baloo support

Currently, all music files are included if their metadata are complete enough to allow their use. This feature is about filtering the results for music in the Baloo index by their path to only include files matching the folders configured in Elisa configuration dialog.
The main needed skill is c++ . You would get support by the Elisa team. this feature is only requiring modifications into the few classes adding support for Baloo.

Welcome to the Elisa project.

Sorry for the quick answer.

I see mainly three development tasks to do:

  1. extend Baloo music indexer to access the list of configured paths (done via kconfig) ;
  2. when getting the list of audio files from Baloo, only integrates the files from configured paths ;
  3. when new files are detected, perform the same filtering.

Thanks for the advice.

I was also unsure about the process for assigning/taking tasks..

But I will claim this and assume it is the right thing to do :)
