This work was done in D10558 and D10616.

The Dolphin work landed on master and will show up in KDE Applications 18.04, so we will need to cherry-pick https://cgit.kde.org/dolphin.git/commit/?id=b95cc59091f9b538f87b616b92e91d6aace0e1be

The KIO work landed on master and will show up in KDE Frameworks 5.44, so if we release Kubuntu 18.05 with KDE Frameworks 5.43, we'll need to cherry-pick https://cgit.kde.org/kio.git/commit/?id=164a54928e5e0bf24d758ab7eba98b2fe47cfc0c

FW 5.44 is uploaded to Bionic 18.04, and is going through autotests.

Patched dolphin 17.12.3 is in Apps staging PPA.

Tested, and seems to work ok.
