Noticed by emanuel during testing:
If you create a filter with the two actions:
Creates an encrypted message to the new key but the contents of the message appear to be empty.
Weather or not this combination makes sense is not the point but as the new message is empty this constitutes a data loss bug.

I can't reproduce it today with current kmail. Maybe you can try it again and close it if it works for you, too. Thx.
Couldn't reproduce here either. I can't explain what could've happened when you actually hit the problem, but let's keep an eye on this one, just in case it's some obscure timing issue (can't think of another explanation) that happens only rarely.
Created a filter to decrypt and encrypt a message and run it directly from the filter settings window.
All message were encrypted afterwards and the selected folder.
