As mentioned on the meeting, we will use a Google Form to collect user feedback and data for the ANGLE test builds.

Should it be single-page or multi-page? (Multi-page would make a nice step-by-step guide, but could feel slow for some, and it might not make sense since it takes time to do the testing)

Data to collect (not completed):
(Certain system information can be parsed from the system info dialog output, so probably don't bother users with that)

• For each of Desktop OpenGL / ANGLE:
  • Whether it crashes
  • System info dialog output (if no crash)
  • Full log output (if crash)
  • Backtrace (if crash)
  • Found issues that is not present with the other renderer
• Hardware specs
  • CPU
  • RAM
  • Primary graphics card (including on-board Intel)
  • Secondary graphics card (if any)
• Brief impressions / comparisons / notes
• Ask whether they needed to disable OpenGL before, and for what reason (including it being disabled automatically by Krita)
