Was solved by updating to 10.18.14.4578. (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=375901)

These are old drivers, so it's not like problem 3 is caused by recent windows updates:

i didn't get the model of card, but 10.18.10.4358 was reported broken on irc by StarAndy (drawings show up delayed on the canvas)

Windows 10 build 1511, HD4000 with driver version 10.18.10.4358, no crash
with my branch :( and I made sure it is using Intel's OpenGL. I also tried
3.1.2 and 3.2 beta 2, both 32-bit and 64-bit.
