Clive pointed out that minuet no longer depends on drumstick. Drumstick was however added to jenkins so it needs migrating away from in case we entirely don't need it anymore

• remove build-depends from minuet on drumstick
• delete drumstick jenkins job
• delete libdrumstick jenkins job
• delete drumstick binaries and source from all aptly archives
• delete libdrumstick binaries and source from all aptly archives

Additionally someone should muse on whether we should create an apt preference pin forcing a downgrade to the o=Ubuntu version of the involved drumstick binaries as to avoid problems. (it can be argued that it should not matter as autoremove would delete them)
