Current Schedule:

  • 11:00-12:30 Preparation
  • 12:30-13:30 Lunch
  • 13:30-16:30 Set up Computer 1 + PM and Computer 2
  • 16:30-17:00 Break
  • 17:00-19:00 Test set up with usage scenarios

For Phabricator and GitLab this is a good point and one I was unsure of when opening the Phabricator task. If Phabricator and GitLab are fulfilling the same overall function here, then I can reduce the redundancy by deleting one. I was assuming Phabricator would be more for promo/outreach related activity, and GitLab more for technical organization/discussion. @paulb Is that how you see it? If yes, I will more clearly define the scope of the task above.

The pad was for notes before/during the last community meeting. I have left it up as a resource, but can archive that information elsewhere (e.g., GitLab).
