There are a couple of ways that kphotoalbum could integrate with other applications in order to streamline user workflows.

I'm especially interested in a better integration with raw workflows, but more general asset management integration has also been called a few times.

• Import meta-data from .xmp files (e.g. rawtherapee, darktable)
• Export tag data to baloo - T9358
• Allow linking to external resources (non-image assets)

So far, this task is only a braindump that I can occasionally go back to and refine.
