libkscreen:

• Output hash always like hashMd5 function and additionally composited by edid and name (and not name only as fallback)
• Remove libkscreen Randr < 1.2 backend

KScreen:

• Rearrange configuration directories
• As id value in configuration files always take the output hash
• Start config files with map, not list (like control files)
