Description

The Trash KCM affects the whole workspace and not just dolphin. Currently it is embedded in the dolphin settings dialog, while it is not reachable from Plasma's systemsettings.

At the systemsettings BoF at Akademy it was decided that we don't want to move it to systemsettings (that is already quite crowded). What we could do instead is make Dolphin and Folder View show a simple "Configure Trash" button that opens the Trash KCM in its own window.

Hm, I think Dolphin is the most user-friendly place to have this, and it's where most normal users would look first. If we're not actually going to move it to System Settings, what's the benefit to making it accessible in a pop-up window via a button rather than keeping it embedded? Dialogs that spawn dialogs feels very old-fashioned windows-like to me, and IMO it would be best to avoid this.
