The only one remaining I can find (locally and with lxr) is kdelibs4support, which of course makes no sense to port. So I think this is done apart from the actual deletion.

Confirmed, no others know to me in KDE spheres as well.
Besides the kdelibs4support, for which I had done D22776, but then found kdelibs4support installs a macro using kgendesignerplugin, so I turned away from changing code there. No need to complicate things for something people should port away from anyway,
