Description

We used to call software not in the KDE releases extragear. Now that KDE redefined they are just bits of software which happen not to be part of Frameworks/Plasma/Applications releases. We should work out an agreed terminology on this and update references throughout KDE such as i18n infrastructure.

Note this terminology is mostly not visible to the user until it is: e.g docs.kde.org. I don't mind the word Extragear but this should be only an internal terminology.

Is this still relevant, and if yes, relevant to Promo? Seems like more of an internal thing.

it's not relevant, we don't use these terms in Promo
