Unbreak Java: Koos found out that since the changes in the value of $kde_datadir,
kjava.policy didn't contain a real absolute path anymore. This fixes it
(from some cryptic hints given by coolo, hopefully interpreted correctly :)

Of course "make prefix=foo install" won't update the contents of the kjava.policy
file, so people doing that will have problems...
