Mark deparenting-in-workday feature test as broken, with the reason why.

Summary:
This would be much easier to fix without akonadi making life difficult
for us, for the case of two consecutive updates. Meanwhile this isn't the
worst issue right now, the actual deparenting works, just not the date change
(and therefore it disappears from the workday)
