Fix: align the extracted .pot with the expected domain

The translation domain was renamed as libktorrent5 some time ago
to allow for the co-installability of the kdelibs4- and the KF5-
based libktorrent. The extracted .pot should have the same name
(and the .po files will be renamed as well).
