Search for purpose

Search for KF5Purpose in cmake and set KF5Purpose_FOUND in
config-kpa-kipi.h. I'm not sure yet if I should add a
config-kpa-purpose.h or rename the existing file from kipi to plugins,
but that can be fixed afterwards...
