do not use i18n() call as default function argument

This simply does not work.

Test case:
-localized KDevelop
-start debugging
-expand the (correctly localized) version of "Locals" in the variable view
-this one expands to "..."
-a new entry called "Locals" (_not_ localized) shows up, containing the desired
variables
