use kpackage_install_bundled_package instead of the deprecated function

Summary:
use kpackage_install_bundled_package instead of the deprecated function

removes one deprectaed warnings when calling cmake

also use the same installation directory used by the kcms maintained by
the plasma team

Test Plan: I can still open the kcm
