Description

Remove dead highlight rule

There is no keyword set named keywords here. This never worked,
and noone complained, so remove this.

Manually increasing version numbers simply suck... Can't the update dialog check something else instead like the date of last modification? Sigh, I'll go and fix this up and bump the version number.
