It could be an Actiwitywatch client to help you become more produktive by tracking your usage time- locally. It could also warn you: (ex.) "You have been on youtube for 15 mins, even tough it's work hours. Are you sure you want to stay?"
Mock Description
I really liked this idea, so I tried making it a reality. I'm a QML/Kirigami newbie, so neither the UI nor the code look amazing, but – it works!

Really cool!
First feature request:
Time tracker apps can be a bit uncomfortable to use because every time one looks at them, it is a bit like some relative is telling you to get a grip of your life and stop lazing around.
So true to the KDE slogan "Be free!" I have a semi-serious proposition:
Have a toggle for "Lazy Mode" which does the following:
- Changes the red "Distracted" colour to be rainbow-coloured
- Changes the green "Productive" colour to a more neutral colour like e.g. blue
- Changes the window title from "Produktive" to either "Prokrastinate" or "Prokrastinator"
- Changes the label "distracting" to "enjoying life"
I actually think this would improve the application and make it more unique even if this idea is based on a joke I made in the visual design group chat. Some users might be interested in a time tracking application that doesn't seemingly judge them for how they spend their time.
Another note: There is a quite nice but less pretty KDE time tracking application already called KTimeTracker (https://invent.kde.org/pim/ktimetracker). If you would add your nice UI to it as an alternative (and maybe new default) view mode, you'd get your work immediately in front of a bunch of users and you wouldn't need to worry about your work getting lost once you stop working on Produktive.
Nice suggestions, @felixernst!
Since my semester break is about over, I won't be able to do much about them for some time, though.

Oh, right. I had forgotten about these. I linked back from that task to this page too so everything is connected.
