At least half of the stuff ksmserver docuemented was wrong.
I like to think plasma-session/startup.cpp is now self-documenting due
to the jobs, but I've tried to keep the doc up to date anyway instead of
just deleting it.

There have been changes since. I think the new code is better at being self documenting, and that's at least up to date. I'll just rm this file
