Summary

The selections in the Capture module for filter name, duration and TS are stored. When restarting KStars, the last selection will be present.
Additionally, this change fixes setting the guiding deviation value.

Test Plan

Make changes to the selection of filter name, duration, TS and the guiding deviation value. Test, if these values are preserved when restarting KStars.
