Summary

This patch does the following changes -

Update some sentences
Updated the pop-up palette image
Replaced the tour of interface png image with svg
Created a new pop-up palette page in reference section and added link to in navigation page
Added a pop-up palette svg which shows various parts of it.
Some minor tweaks in general settings page
