Summary

Adding an environment variable for craft built mac kstars.
Fixing some issues with the internal astrometry config file:
Allowing it to be user congigurable in the GUI
Making it a KStars option so that it doesn't forget when you get a new DMG.
Adding checks for non-existant paths and incorrect paths
Simplifying the getting and setting of the path
Simplifying the setup of default astrometry.net on macs
