show klipper in non-kde desktops

Summary

Klipper is currently set to onlyShowIn=KDE which makes no sense, if you're running Plasma you will run Klipper as a systray applet (it's there by default) not as a standalone applet.

If you're running another desktop there is a use case to run it as a standalone app and it shouldn't be hidden.

This is on advise of VDG Andreas Kainz

If we assume someone (me!) thought it's a good idea to have it still shown in Plasma, then the logical thing would be to just remove the line completely.

I'll leave this to e.g. VDG to decide whether the entry should be listed or not in Plasma.

As org.kde.klipper.desktop is also installed into /etc/xdg/autostart, this change now means Klipper automatically launches eg. in GNOME. Is that intentional?
