R255:df60b99de580: Properly initialize MPRIS volume

Summary

MPRIS volume is initialized with 0 until it is changed, leading to wrong volume sliders in KDE Connect etc in the meantime.

Test Plan

Tested wit DBus viewer and KDE Connect.
