+ add the COMPILING_EXAMPLES flag to KEXI config header for future use

Test Plan

Build and install KEXI with BUILD_EXAMPLES ON.
Expected: PREFIX/share/examples/kexi/3.x/Simple_Database.kexi gets installed.
