I very likely won't be able to attend due to my parents coming to visit on the same weekend, but I can help with the logistic.

This one https://kde.org/fundraisers/yearend2022/ which we basically just want to copy past to kde.org/donate. I'll see if I can do that during the promo sprint this weekend
Lays, are there any pages from the web that can help as inspiration for our page?

We tried in the past to add perks to the memberships and this didn't work out. It was a lot of work and money to coordinate everything. We want to be efficient with our money usage.
Aside from adding the name of the donnors in the plasma wizard and maybe also display the name on the donation page (similarly to that fund.blender.org does), I don't think we should do any perks.
> If you'd prefer a one-time donation, click here.We were asked to make adding memberships the main thing, and it is what I did. That said, I agree we could make it a bit more noticeable by putting it higher up in the text and make it a button or something.
I put the link just beneath the donation box.
Also I just checked but donnorbox support membership compaign, that we should probably use:
https://donorbox.org/membership-compaign
This allow to define a minimum unfortunately this only support monthly and annually recurrence and not quartely. But 10€/month is similar to 25€/quarterly
What would be a good idea is more suggestions for other perks to make memberships more attractive. I am all ears.
Is the fundraiser team okay with the perk of giving away Akademy t-shirts to supporting members at next year's Akademy?

- It may help give some focus to the event and the activities you carry out if you define some goals, something that will answer the question: "What do we expect to achieve by attending this event?" . If it something very specific and quantifiable, like "increase the number of contributors to the XYZ project by 50", so much the better.

An appimage can surely be added. Just need to add an artifact to the release section: https://invent.kde.org/graphics/krita/-/blob/master/krita/org.kde.krita.appdata.xml#L604

We will have 2 campaigns: one for membership where we will only allow donations for the Annually option, and the other for the end of the year that can be a campaign with a deadline, or we can use this campaign for the ongoing donations.

should KF5 & KF6 docs be parallel shown, similar to Qt? Or move KF5 directly to api.kde.org/legacy/?

I added a new comment to the flarum evaluation: https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/task-queue/-/issues/31#note_561132 Personally I think discourse is the best and more mature solution and like Sitter I would also be willing to help with the deployment and maintenance of this new service.

Ideally, one should be able to change to a CJK keyboard as easily as changing from English to French.Any improvement in this area will provide better accessibility to a large part of the world population.

- Create a QA team on invent.kde.org that people can volunteer to join. Require that every merge request have an approval from the maintainer or someone on the QA team (preferably both) before it's merged.
- Require that whenever a code regression is fixed, a unit test accompanies it. Require that unit tests pass.

In T14731#276953, @scottpetrovic wrote:@rempt - I am starting to add all the old posts to this new hugo site. I am noticing we have 700+ posts as they go back through 2014. Seeing 700+ files in one folder is a bit difficult overwhelming to sift through and work with. It isn't as obvious in WordPress since it is a paginated table that shows new posts at the top.
I was thinking we could organize the posts by year to keep it better organized and easier to manage. This does have the downside of breaking old links because the URL is different -- which is probably going to happen anyway. is this alright?
