I actually had some missing things (bleedingedge work branch), added now.

All four repos are done. Maybe I need to do some reviewing.

The filter-branch-based parent-adder takes 18 seconds and gives a subtly wrong result for one of the branches due to lack of --date-order. My Dulwich-based parent-adder-ng takes 0.65 seconds and so far the result seems correct.

This is pretty much finished. I just need to test if the new parent-adder (which I need for klinkstatus) still works fine on kfilereplace.

A change in git broke the parent-adder tool, not allowing the use of rev-list options such as --date-order in git-filter-branch. If I don't use --date-order, the result is incorrect in some situations, and post-processing klinkstatus hits one of those situations.

Rules mostly done. Needs a final check of completeness, and making the post-processing stuff (cvs2svn tags, work branch merging).
