Right now error messages that get propagated to users contain things like "WTF" and not much useful information at all (like "Error happened").

Each user-facing error message should explain what happened and in which collection. We can't display thing like a subject of email or so (because the server doesn't know it), but otherwise we should try to provide sensible not-too-technical information to user about what went wrong.
