Right now the "Job Tracker" and "Resource Schedulers" tabs have "Save to file" button that saves the content of the tree into a plain text file. We would like to have the button also in the "Notification monitor" and "Monitors" tabs.

We would also like to save into JSON instead of a plain text file, so that the data are machine-readable.
