Add runcommand UI to app

Description

The app needs a UI for triggering commands on the remote device.
This includes:

A QtQuick/Kirigami UI in the app/ folder, getting it's data from
A CommandsModel (similar to NotificationsModel) in the interfaces/ folder that gets its data from the
DBus interface exposed by plugins/remotecommands. This plugin and interface exists, but it might be better to adapt it.
