What are the kde/debian rules for such things?

I propose to use im-facebook and im-twitter icons from breeze which is our default anyway... Colorful are more catchy but we can live with mono for now.
Make sure dark and light theme is supported (KexiIcon(...) shall support it). To test themes we switch their settings in KDE (IIRC).
