@amccann: There are still a few issues with the project tree view (esp. for entries without icons), see here:
http://imgur.com/a/C7cD9 -- maybe you wanna have another look.

@kfunk, thank you for the screenshots, that may help. For reference, what are the two shots from? top is linux, bottom windows? (guessing) .. I don't have either running.

@amccann: First one is Dolphin (which behaves correctly), second one KDevelop. Both on Linux. Sorry, didn't make this clear.
