Description

Just the number of:

  • tables
  • chairs
  • panels
  • whiteboards

and other fornitures wanted or needed for use in the hall, in order to be requested to the university.

When done I'll manage the reservation.

Propose the amount of panels.

About whiteboards I guess we can get 2 big ones easely.

I know that so far TDF, Slimbook, Blue Systems requested a booth.
Also we will need some for the t-shirts.

It could be interesting to get a more final list indeed. I was thinking we can remind the sponsors about that when we send the sponsors dinner invite.

good point we will want 2 tables and say 4 chairs for the welcome/info desk/t-shirt selling

I made the final list:

CITIC, día 20:

1 pizarra
5 mesas
12 sillas
2 paneles

Nosotros moveremos los muebles del CITIC al A-IV

A-IV, desde el día 22 hasta el 27 inclusive:

(además de los muebles anteriores)

6 mesas
15 sillas
1 pizarra
dos o tres paneles

Dejaremos todos los muebles en el A-IV
