We often get people asking what the difference is between the dated .iso file and the current.iso file is. Add a .mesage text file to the file output to explain they are the same file

Here is some text that can be used in the .message file.
KDE Neon provides two iso files. First iso file is with the date of the release (e.g. neon-useredition-20170504-1018-amd64.iso) and a second iso (e.g. neon-useredition-current.iso) file is without the date. Both of these files are identical and you can download either one. The two files are generated to allow better tracking of when a release was built while also having the ability to provide a dedicated link to the latest release URL without the date.
