ISO transfer to files.kde should be delta transfer

Description

ISOs are huge. But source tarballs are SUPER FISHING HUGE. There is no reason why the full binaries would need to be transfered all the time. A sync of just the binary delta should do nicely. Possibly verify signature after transfer to make sure the data is intact.

Harald improved sftp so it's 200 times faster so maybe this isn't a problem

Current running times considered, this indeed seems a non-issue at this point. It's still more transfer than it needs to be, but with the revised sftp handling it is fast enough.
