AFAICS we read those values nowhere. Usually the KPackage pluginsystem has it's own documentation page, meaning that it is unlikely that we will ever have user-visible info in those json files.

Removing those would significantly clean up the file size, thus binary size and json parsing at runtime. Any objections?
