The split between QtWidgets and QtQuick in system settings results in some accessibility problems, most technical in nature.

Ideally we should move to all QtQuick in the future, but simply resolving the most glaring issues in SySe for now will be ideal.

The most glaring of all the issues is that focus handoff between QtWidgets and QtQuick KCMs is scuffed, which prevents navigation.
