Brainstorm new places, mediums and groups where we could successfully promote KDE.

Reaching a more diverse set of audiences would help kde both becoming more diverse (stop being from mainly white male European engineers to them) and help reaching more people who haven't heard of KDE (break out form the "Linux news sites bubble").

If we can invite more female or other minority members they'll help with raising awareness and possibly turn it into a positive feedback loop.
