Create Windows job for Marble

Description

Is it possible to have a job for Marble in https://build.kde.org/view/OS%20-%20Windows/?
The stable branch should fail but I've fixed the master branch so it should work fine once https://invent.kde.org/education/marble/-/merge_requests/9 is merged.

As a number of applications depend on Marble, we'll need the master and stable branches to both be buildable before we can enable this i'm afraid, as Marble is currently ignored as a project on Windows.

Once the MR for master is accepted, I'll handle the stable branch too and I'll come back here. Thank you.

I've merged on both master and stable version after checking it works fine on my computer.

This has now been provisioned.

While the stable version was successful, the master build unfortunately has failed which will need to be corrected.

Thank you. I'm taking a look asap. It seems protobuf is detected but has link issues
