Quick stat overview:

  • Twitter engagement is up across the board in comparison to 5.19 (629 -> 781 likes, 148 -> 211 retweets)
  • r/linux is about the same (600 upvotes/169 comments for 5.20, 5.19 had two posts with active discussion, so harder to measure)
  • r/kde is about the same as well (429 upvotes / 211 comments -> 439 upvotes / 229 comments)
  • video success is hard to measure, but is overall on track to perform like 5.19, which in turn easily beat 5.18 by factor 2, so IMO also positive
  • Carl: "stats for web jumped from 5000 to 11 000 for Plasma 5.19, and from 5000 to 22 000 for Plasma 5.20. So a 3 times increase"
