The docs for KNotifications need some love.

The initial page on api.kde.org is very empty. Most of the relevant content is inside the class docs for KNotifications.

The high-level overview of KNotifications and the description of the notifyrc format should be moved to the initial page. The text contains both information on what notifications should be used for and details on how to implement them. The former is better placed in the HIG.

After covering the basic usage of KNotifications there should be specific examples of using some advanced features like:
