Description

As mentioned in D19153#416773 Spectacle should be using KGlobalAccel (https://api.kde.org/frameworks/kglobalaccel/html/) so we don't have to bypass the window manager with forceActivateWindow to focus Spectacle. As far as I understand it this would also enable us to know the current hotkeys the user has set and have a configure dialog.
